Digital product policy
All products sold by Designffective are digital products or custom creative services. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for digital products, downloadable files, creative services, freelance work, custom projects, motion graphics, editing work, or any related services.
By purchasing from Designffective, you acknowledge and agree that digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
For custom creative services and freelance projects, a minimum 30% advance payment is required before work begins.
This advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the project has been booked or work has started.
2. Technical issues or delivery problems
In case of technical issues, download problems, broken files, email delivery delays, or failure to receive your download link, refunds will not be provided.
However, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive the product you purchased. If you experience any issue, contact us directly and we will work with you until the issue is resolved.
3. Accidental duplicate payments
If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same order, contact us immediately.
After verification, eligible duplicate or mistaken payments may be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund requests made for reasons unrelated to duplicate or mistaken payments will not be approved.
